Sun Country Quilters meets on the fourth Monday of every month, with the exception of our December holiday party. We meet at the Red Bluff Community Center, 1500 South Jackson Street, Red Bluff. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts promptly at 7 p.m., lasting approximately two hours.

The majority of the guild comes together at this monthly meeting, where programs on subjects related to quilting are presented. These programs are inspiring and educational; presenters may be talented local personalities or nationally known quilters. Optional guild activities are enjoyed by many members.

Show & Tell: Bring a completed quilt, a work in progress, or something a friend or relative has made. This is a very inspiring part of our program.

Raffle Prizes: Prizes are raffled each month by the Ways & Means committee. You never know what you might win!

Two Dollar Block: Each month a block packet is prepared and sold for $2 that includes a pattern and fabric. The completed block is returned at the following month's meeting. You then have a chance to win some or all that were returned that month.

Library: A wide variety of quilt-related books, tapes and templates are available to check out on a monthly basis.

Hospitality: Coffee, tea and refreshments are provided free of charge, donated by members during their birthday month.

Guests: Members are encouraged to bring a guest. January is Friendship Month and guests are welcome free of charge. At other times the guest fee is $2.
